Job Description:
A teacher in the Child Development Center (CDC) at SRRC is responsible for developing and implementing a developmentally appropriate educational program for an assigned class of children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years old. The curriculum must meet the emotional, physical, cognitive and social needs of both the individual child and the group of children. A teacher supports SRRC and Kids Can’s mission, philosophy, and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: professionalism, confidentiality, excellence, competence, teamwork, innovation, respect, personalization, commitment to the communities and persons served, and accountability and ownership.
