We want to see your eye for design, how you layer and finish a space, and your ability to create a polished and cohesive final result. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Creative. Organized. Proactive. Resourceful. Detail-Oriented. Dependable. Hands-On. You notice the details other people miss. You understand when artwork isn't the right scale, when a vignette needs height, when a pillow combination isn't working or when a room needs another layer to make it feel complete. You also understand that beautiful installations don't happen without preparation. You're willing to organize, unpack, move accessories, solve problems, track details and do what is needed to help the team deliver an exceptional finished space. You don't wait to be told every next step. You take initiative, communicate and follow through. What to Expect This is not a desk-only interior design position. Some days will be spent preparing for upcoming installations, sourcing accessories, organizing inventory or refreshing the showroom. Other days may involve being on-site installing and styling an entire home, preparing a project for professional photography or handling last-minute details. You'll work closely with the Haus of Powell design team and contribute directly to the finished spaces our clients experience. For the right person, this position offers the opportunity to grow within Haus of Powell as our design studio continues to expand. Full-Time | In-Office + On-Site | San Antonio, Texas
