Who We're Looking ForWe want someone who genuinely understands content — not just someone who can technically edit video.
You should know how to take a 60-minute podcast and recognize the 5–10 moments that have the potential to become great short-form content, how to build a strong hook in the first few seconds, and how to keep viewers engaged.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing podcast and content platform while working directly with our team to consistently produce high-quality content across YouTube, podcast platforms, and social media.
