Now hiring immediately for our El Paso, TX location. Schedule Available: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm $100 referral bonus for each person that you bring on with you! We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with ocean import experience to support daily logistics operations. This role focuses on coordinating inbound ocean shipments, communicating with customers and carriers, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the import process. Assist with tracking and monitoring ocean import shipments Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment status Review and process import documents (BLs, invoices, arrival notices, etc.) Enter shipment details into the system with accuracy Provide strong customer service through email, phone, and in‑person communication Maintain organized records and follow company procedures

Qualifications & Skills: Some experience in ocean imports or logistics preferred Basic understanding of import documentation Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Resume is required. Must pass a drug screen. Must pass a background check (violent felonies, sex offenses, and larceny).
