About the Role:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will deliver a modern, transparent, and customer-focused buying experience. Youll help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle to fit their lifestyle while building long-term relationships in our community. Paperwork not your thing? You're perfect for us; we have embraced the digital lifestyle and have laptops and tablets for every salesperson.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and assist customers in person, online, and by phone
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and referrals
- Maintain knowledge of Kia products, features, and incentives
- Accurately complete sales documentation and CRM notes
- What Were Looking ForAutomotive sales experience strongly preferred, but we will train the right candidates
- Strong communication and people skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
