Staff Product Designer, Human-AI Interaction for Enterprise

NTT DATA AIVista seeks a seasoned Member of Technical Staff, Product Design, to own the human‑AI interaction model across our core workflows. You will define what an AI agent can decide autonomously, what requires human review, and how users maintain control over AI‑driven decisions, in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Applied Science. You will build prototypes with AI‑native tools, evolve the design system, and conduct direct enterprise research with adjusters and underwriters.
