Job Description: Laser Operator / Shop Hand
Location: Dayton, Ohio
Pay: $26.00 - 29.00 per hour
Shift: 1st ShiftMonday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PMPosition Summary
We are seeking an experienced Laser Operator / Shop Hand to support custom metal fabrication operations. This position will operate laser cutting equipment while also assisting with other shop duties as needed.
Job Duties:- Operate laser cutting equipment for metal fabrication
- Assist with general shop duties as needed
- Work with various metal materials and fabricated components
- Use basic math skills to complete production tasks
- Follow work instructions and production requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Float between laser operation and other shop tasks as needed
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Previous laser operating experience
- General metal fabrication/shop skills
- Strong basic math skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Steel-toe shoes required
