About AampereJoin Aampere, a seed-stage, VC-backed startup redefining the European market for used electric vehicles. Since our launch, we've enabled EV owners to sell their cars quickly and seamlessly within 48 hours, while giving dealers across Europe access to previously untapped customer segments. Our team comes from the German startup ecosystem, with experience at Autarc, Greenforce, Cardino, Wemolo, Remberg, Alasco, Porsche, Mercedes, and KPMG.Your Mission You'll be our first dedicated hire on the ground in Finland, the face of Aampere in our biggest market. Unlike most of our markets, you're not starting from zero here. Our Finnish dealer network is already in place and delivering reliably. Your job is to take it to the next level: serve our existing dealers intensively, unlock their full potential, and scale together with them. At the same time, you drive expansion. You win new dealers, open up Finnish cities beyond Helsinki that we don't cover yet, and make the network broader and more robust. Account management and acquisition aren't opposites here, they're two equal sides of your role. You can do both: deepen relationships and open new doors. We believe relationships are built in person, not on the phone. You'll spend a lot of time on the road at dealer sites, especially with new dealers, because that's where trust gets built and deals get done. You work hand in hand with our future Head of Dealer Network based in Munich. Until then you will work closely with our CGO & Co-Founder. Account management & scaling existing dealers. Own our existing dealers and turn them into long-term, active buyers. Match the right cars to the right buyers, keep bid activity high and the network balanced. Think like a marketplace operator, not a seller. Your target: make switching feel like a downgrade, and win five major key accounts. Acquisition & market expansion. Win and develop new dealers, get out on the road, and open up Finnish cities beyond Helsinki. The broader and more diversified the network, the stronger Aampere stands in Finland. Market intelligence & voice of the customer. Be our eyes and ears in the Finnish market: price shifts, regulatory changes, competitor moves. Report to HQ weekly, and turn what Finnish dealers need into concrete feature requests for our product team in Munich. What You Bring
Experience:
You have 3+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management, ideally in automotive, mobility, or marketplace businesses. But if you're a seasoned B2B pro from another sector who knows how to win trust and close deals, we want to hear from you.
Track Record:
- You can do both, at a high level. You open new doors (hunting) and you keep them open by deepening accounts strategically and growing them (farming). You have a clear preference for in-person selling, because you know the best deals happen face to face, not behind a screen.
- Communication:
- You listen before you pitch. You convince through empathy and expertise. Even when the contact is ice cold and has never heard of Aampere, you find a way in.
- Language & Mobility:
- Finnish at native level. Business-fluent English for daily collaboration with our team in Munich. Valid driver's license and based in Finland. The business happens where the dealers are, and you're ready to be there.
- Hands‐on:
- You see opportunities and you act. You don't wait for instructions, you don't ask for permission, and you don't look for ready‐made structures. When something is missing, you build it. When something is broken, you fix it.
- Network:
- An existing network in the Finnish dealer market is a clear plus, but not a must, because our network is already in place. Still, if you can call twenty dealers by first name on day one, that's a real advantage.
- How We WorkThree values, not slogans on a wall but how we work, hire, and grow every day:
- Aaudacity. We are brave enough to take risks, fast enough to not half‐ass it.
- Aambition to grow. We are committed to grow, as individuals and as a company.
- Aampact over Hierarchy. The best idea wins, no matter who brings it. Titles don't decide arguments here.
Aampere isn't for you if...you want to walk into ready‐made processes and structures. A lot of that does not exist here yet. We are looking for people who build structures and processes, not people who administer them.you need a finished plan before you start. Seed stage means a lot is unclear and changes week to week. You have to be comfortable making decisions in the dark and correcting course as you go.you want to stay in your lane. "That is not my job" is not a thing here. You jump in where it matters, even when it sits outside your job description.you want a classic 9‐to‐5. We are building something big, and that does not happen on the side. The people here want to go all in, not just put in the time.
