tinyBuild is seeking a passionate player support specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will help players resolve issues across email, forms, Steam, Discord, and other channels, while learning our games and their common problems.
You will troubleshoot across PC, consoles, and mobile, collect diagnostic data, and transform reports into clear bug reports for the development teams. Strong written English and independent work in a small team are essential.
