You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to manage pain and improve the quality of life for individuals with degenerative conditions or terminal diseases. Your expertise will guide patients through therapeutic exercises, hands-on therapy, and personalized care plans. Consult with patients to assess their physical condition and symptoms Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop individualized treatment plans Coach patients in therapeutic exercises and stretches Utilize hands-on therapy to alleviate pain and promote healing Maintain detailed records of patient conditions, care plans, and progress Communicate progress and status to family members and healthcare team Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships with patients and staff Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care Attend in-services and continuing education to enhance professional development Need 1 year experience in setting Current Physical Therapist state license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
