Video Producer based in NYC, shoot the real moments, and turn them into content that builds Cal.com's founder brand. Your mission is to be behind the camera for everything that matters and ship fast, scrappy, high-performing content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
New York City · Full-time · $65,000 to $85,000 USD + Equity
Every week, millions of people discover Cal.com.
We’re building one of the world’s most ambitious founder-led media engines to tell the stories behind the people, companies, and ideas shaping the future of work.
We’re looking for our first Founding Content Producer to help build it.
You’ll work directly with our Founder & Head of GTM to film, edit, and publish everything from founder documentaries and product launches to interviews, ads, podcasts, events, and social content. Every shoot should become a library of stories that compounds over time.
We’re more interested in exceptional taste, curiosity, and agency than years of experience.
Film weekly founder content, product launches, interviews, and events.
Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form social content.
Turn every production into multiple high-quality assets across channels.
Help shape story structure, pacing, music, and visual style.
Build repeatable production systems as our media engine scales.
Continuously raise the creative bar for everything we publish.
Have 1 to 4 years of experience creating exceptional video content.
Care deeply about storytelling, pacing, and editing.
Have exceptional visual taste.
Sweat the details.
Move quickly without sacrificing quality.
Love YouTube as much as TikTok.
Want to build something people will still watch ten years from now.
Experience filming founders, startups, or creators.
DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
A founder media engine people genuinely look forward to watching.
A repeatable content system producing long-form and short-form content every week.
Hundreds of millions of impressions.
Stories that help define the Cal.com brand for years to come.
Cal.com is the world’s most flexible scheduling platform, trusted by everyone from individuals to Fortune 500 companies.
