Automated Machinery Company is offering an excellent opportunity for a Purchasing Agent who is ready to grow their career with a pioneer in the packaging industry. We are searching for qualified and ambitious individuals with established knowledge of purchasing fundamentals.
Requirements:- 5 years experience
- Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise
- Inventory and materials management
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating prices and terms and conditions
- Price and cost analysis
- Mechanically oriented person.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price
Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list
Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance to terms of contracts
Review supplies to ensure quality
Negotiating prices and delivery
Keep updated records
Maintain orderly purchasing documentation
Must be willing to accept other duties
