C2’s client, the US operating unit of a global medical device leader, seeks a contract Digital Asset Management Specialist to bring structure, logic, and sustainability to their digital content infrastructure. This organization is the global leader in its category, serving patients and healthcare professionals with products that genuinely change lives. Their content library needs a foundation that matches the quality and care of the work it supports. This is a project-based engagement in two connected phases. Phase one is an audit and build: assess the current SharePoint library, design and implement a folder architecture and metadata tagging taxonomy that supports compliant, role-based content distribution across a highly regulated environment. Phase two is ongoing stewardship: maintaining the organized library once the infrastructure is in place. The client uses Amplifier as their brand content management platform, with SharePoint as the backend, and assets that flow across Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, and Photoshop. The right candidate is equal parts information architect and detail-oriented executor, someone who knows how to ask the right questions about how content gets used before building the system that organizes it, and who understands that in a regulated environment, the wrong asset in the wrong hands is not a small problem.
