Job Description: Highly organized and motivated individual with the ability to connect and build rapport with prospects and customers, a must. Manage Existing Customer Jobs/Projects. Prospect for New Accounts. Utilize proprietary CRM system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers, create project estimates, process and submit orders for Production. Consult Customers and Prospects on Products and Services. Master Product Knowledge. Participate in Networking Meetings/Groups. Candidates must be detail oriented, professional, and organized. Ability to multi-task and capable of handling tight deadlines and high volume output. Other Required Skills Sales curious (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs) Strong communication and listening skills The ability to adapt sales style to a particular customer Highly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results Ideal candidates will also possess: 1+ years of prior inside sales experience Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Prior involvement with a sign company or a large format printing company is a plus.

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Working at SpeedPro and in the large-format printing industry, gives you a chance to be creative.
