Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall plant and business operations, ensuring key performance metrics are achievedPartner across functional teams to optimize production, material utilization, quality, delivery, and customer serviceDrive initiatives related to safety, environmental compliance, labor, equipment, materials, processes, and customer relationshipsPromote Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellenceOversee manufacturing processes, automation, robotics, tooling, equipment, and preventive maintenanceEnsure compliance with automotive quality systems and customer requirementsCandidates Must Have:10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in automotive manufacturingMust have experience with metal stamping and tool & die processesBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fieldKnowledge of material specifications and characteristics used in automotive stampingsStrong knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, welding, tooling, automation, robotics, and production processesExperience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesWorking knowledge of equipment/tooling design, gauges, preventive maintenance, and Basic Equipment Care (BEC) Experience with automotive quality systems and Total Quality Production System (TQPS) principles
