What You'll Get to Do Help design highways, interchanges, roadways, intersections, and multimodal facilities that people across Colorado rely on every day Put your creativity and technical skills to work developing studies, plans, and construction packages for a variety of interesting projects Build your design skills through hands-on work: drawings, layouts, quantity calculations, and geometric evaluations Take ownership of your own assignments as you grow, with experienced engineers guiding you through the trickier stuff. Being Responsible is one of our values, and to us that means following through on your work and speaking up when something doesn't look right, even when it's hard Get out from behind the desk with occasional site visits and field observation Team up with other EITs, swap ideas, and learn from each other as you all grow together. We're better together, and we mean it
