Job Summary:
Operates equipment and performs tasks to complete windings and winding components in electrical motors. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager.
Job DescriptionPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Insert form wound and random wound coils
- Connect random wound and form wound windings
- Tape appropriate insulation on windings per specification
- Comply with company quality and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Perform other duties as assignedCOMPETENCIES: TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:Minimum:
- Work safely while utilizing proper PPESelf motivated
Preferred:
- Ability to work independently
- DependabilityRead blueprints and diagramsQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
