Are you an appliance sales professional with an established book of business in property management or multifamily housing? We are hiring a Property Management Appliance Sales Manager for the Las Vegas market, and this role is built for someone who already owns strong relationships with property managers and apartment operators. This is not a cold start. This is a chance to bring the book you have already built and grow it into significantly more income. Why this role pays more for the relationships you already have Commissions are earned on recurring revenue tied to unit turns, replacements, and refresh programs, not one time installs. Every account you already manage becomes ongoing income instead of a single transaction. What you bring Existing relationships with property managers or apartment operators in Southern Nevada A track record of growing accounts, not just closing one-time deals Experience with unit turns, make ready cycles, and replacement programs What this opportunity offers Guaranteed base or draw in year one Uncapped commission with significant upside A company that treats the property management channel as a strategic priority If your book of business deserves to pay you more, let's talk.
