Benefits Specialist, Human Resources

Summary: The Benefits Specialist provides support to the US based Proman Associates through education, enrollment, error resolution, and coordination of termination. Interact with all US based business units to ensure benefit inquiries are addressed, maintain data feeds to minimize discrepancies, and deliver benefit education. Reviews file feeds and ensures any issues are addressed from HRIS to vendor portals for all benefit enrollment/changes/terminations. Responsible for manual input of benefit data as necessary. Assists with the development, implementation, and administration of benefit communication and educational initiatives. Maintains integrity and accuracy of data entry into the HRIS/ATS.Coordinates with vendors to resolve claim issues and employee escalations. Ability to proactively prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects simultaneously within time constraints and with strong attention to detail. Strong ability to compile reports using various data sources. Excellent customer service skills, including ability to interpret and explain benefit policies to employees at all levels. Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including pivot tables, formulas, XLOOKUP, data reconciliation, and analysis of large data sets.2+ years of experience in HR.~HRIS systems knowledge - Employee Navigator and/or Paylocity - preferred.~
