Construction Site Leader & Safety Champion

Verde-Facilities is seeking a Construction Operations Manager to lead day-to-day service execution across active job sites in Utah. You will manage resources, prioritize work, ensure safety standards, and maintain strong client relationships while adapting to changing site conditions. The role requires 2+ years in progressive operations, 1+ year on active construction sites, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and OSHA 10 (or be obtained within 60 days).
