Field Operations Supervisor (Waste Services)

What You’ll Do: Run the day-to-day work for a team of field techs — scheduling, coaching, and solving problems in the field Oversee technicians on site — making sure they provide quality service, adhere to policies, and put safety first Help manage job costs, materials, and any needed changes during the work Make sure we’re meeting local permitting and inspection requirements Build strong relationships with your crew, customers, and internal support teams Train and develop team members — we promote from within, and you’ll help make that happen Support the Operations Manager and be ready to step up when needed

Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
