Your Toolkit:
Experience: 5+ years of Account Management experience servicing midsize groups
License: Active California Life and Health License
Benefits Knowledge: Proficiency in EPIC and COBRA Administration
Software: MS Office
Occasional travel to visit clients
What You’ll Do:- Provide a high level of customer support to all clients
- Communicate with marketing representatives to market and service clients
- Request policy changes to the insurance company
- Create and market Request for Proposals
- Coordinate and present open enrollments ensuring all necessary materials are in hand
- Prepare insurance plan summaries for clients and prospects
