Wireless Communications Tower Site LeaseNotice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Township of Franklin (the "Township"), in the County of Warren, New Jersey, on or before November 2, 2026, at 10 A.M. prevailing time, at the Franklin Township Municipal Building, 2093 Route 57, PO Box 547, Broadway, New Jersey, 08808, for: "Wireless Communications Tower Site Lease on Block 16, Lot 12.01 owned by the Township". Notice to Bidders, Information for Bidders, proposed Tower Site Lease (Site Agreement) and Proposal Sheet, and other bid documents may be obtained from the office of the Township Clerk at the Municipal Building, at the above address, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Thursday, holidays excepted. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Township and placed in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the bidder, and clearly marked, "Bid for Wireless Communications Tower Site Lease Enclosed -- Do Not Open" in the lower-left corner, or they will not be considered. The Township assumes no responsibility for bids returned by mail or commercial carrier. No bid proposals will be accepted after 10 A. M. on November 2, 2026. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the Proposal received and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the Township or to reject all bids for any reasons in accordance with law. The minimum bid, based on the monthly lease rental for the first year of the initial term of the lease, shall be not less than $3,400.00 per month.
