The Academy for Advancement of Children with Autism (AACA) seeks a dedicated staff member to support students with academic, social, and daily living skills in a 30-hour, Monday–Friday program. You will assist with toileting, hygiene, and feeding, manage and de-escalate aggressive behaviors using approved ABA strategies, and collect data on progress. AACA emphasizes teamwork and compassionate instruction in a structured setting.
