This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity running from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, supporting residential and commercial waste transport across the greater Columbus area. The company is looking to fill 5 positions immediately and welcomes entry level drivers who are ready to build a stable, long-term driving career. Core Responsibilities:- Safely operate commercial vehicles in residential and commercial areas, including high-traffic and tight driving conditions
- Transport and handle residential and commercial waste in accordance with company and safety standards
- Travel between the office and job locations as required to support daily operations
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
- Work flexible schedules, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Represent the company professionally while on route, including safe and courteous interactions in residential and commercial areas
Required Qualifications:- Valid Class B CDL required
- Valid DOT medical card, or ability to obtain one prior to hire
- Must be at least 19 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United StatesClean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years and no disqualifying DUI or OVI offenses
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, no prior CDL driving experience required
