What You'll Do:
- As a Client Care Specialist, you'll help ensure our clients receive exceptional care while supporting and mentoring caregivers in the field.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, families, and caregivers
- Cover open client shifts when needed to ensure continuity of care
- Train and mentor new caregivers in clients' homes
- Communicate caregiver updates and performance to leadership
- Uphold agency standards, policies, and professionalism

What We're Looking For:
- We're seeking someone who is dependable, professional, and passionate about helping others.
- Experience as an HHA or STNAFlexible availability between 8 AM 6 PM MondayFriday, with occasional weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
- Ability to adapt quickly and build strong relationships with clients and caregivers

Requirements:
- Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License
- Reliable and consistent transportation
- Current proof of auto insuranceHHA or STNA certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Physically able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs
