Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This is an on-site role involving a variety of front office responsibilities such as welcoming patients, managing phone communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience in our practice.
Qualifications:
Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes effectivelyExperience with Receptionist Duties, including scheduling and greeting patientsProficiency in Clerical Skills such as data entry, filing, and managing recordsExceptional Communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer Service experience with a focus on professionalism and patient careAbility to multitask and maintain organization in a dynamic environmentPrior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is beneficial
