Description: We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions. Responsibilities include continuous monitoring, medication administration, ventilator management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. This position requires strong critical thinking, quick decision-making, and the ability to work under pressure. This is a 12-hour night shift role with weekend, holiday, and call coverage required. Floating to similar acuity units may be expected. Average onboarding time is 46 weeks. Required for Onboarding: Active RN License BLS, ACLS
