Responsibilities:
Operate snow plow trucks and equipment to clear snow and ice from parking lots and drivewaysApply salt, sand, or de-icing materials to treated surfaces as neededRespond to on-call snow removal requests during winter weather events, including nights and weekendsMonitor weather conditions and coordinate with management on service schedulesMaintain accurate logs of services performed at each propertyEnsure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards Requirements: Previous snow plow operation experience preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving record requiredAbility to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts and on-call during storm eventsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work independently and manage time efficiently in the fieldReliable, punctual, and able to perform physically demanding work in cold weather conditionsHave a truck with plow
