Strategic Benefits Manager - US & Global Programs

RailPros in Irving, TX is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee the design, administration, and continuous improvement of U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs. You will work with brokers, carriers, and third‐party vendors to ensure competitive, compliant, and employee‐focused benefits offerings. You will partner with leadership to analyze market trends, optimize costs, and enhance employee well‐being across the United States, Canada, and Mexico while guiding a benefits team
