Diagnostic X-Ray Technologist Deliver diagnostic excellence—producing high-quality X-ray images with precision, compassion, and confidence while keeping patients at the center of every exam. At SimonMed Imaging, diagnostic quality starts with you. Our X-Ray Technologists are essential to delivering the advanced outpatient imaging our patients and referring physicians depend on. From precise positioning to real-time image evaluation, this role ensures every exam meets the highest clinical standards. We are looking for a tech who takes pride in clean images, thrives in a fast-paced but supportive environment, and brings genuine care to every patient interaction. If you find purpose in high-caliber clinical work, value efficient workflows and advanced technology, and want to grow within a collaborative team that holds itself to a higher standard—this is where you belong. What You Bring Precision and clinical expertise: You perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning, evaluate your own images for technical quality, and produce diagnostic-grade results that physicians count on—right the first time. Mastery of standards and systems: You know your anatomy, protocols, and equipment. You are proficient in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems, apply ALARA radiation safety principles without being reminded, and maintain clean, complete, real-time documentation. Agility and autonomy: You manage your own workflow, keep your room ready, and troubleshoot equipment issues without slowing the team down. You adapt to a high-volume schedule and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision. Patient empathy: Every patient receives your full attention—proper positioning, a clear explanation of the procedure, and genuine care for their comfort and safety. Infection control standards are maintained every single time. Mentorship and professionalism: When students rotate through, you step up. You model best practices, provide hands-on guidance, and foster the confidence and professionalism that makes the next generation of techs exceptional.
