Polyurethane R&D & Quality Innovation Lead

TSE Industries, Inc. seeks a Director of R&D and Quality to lead research, development, process scale-up, and quality assurance for polyurethane toll manufacturing. You will translate customer needs into scalable formulations and ensure products meet specifications in production. You will manage analytical and R&D laboratories, mentor staff, and drive a robust Quality Management System while collaborating with customers, Operations, Sales, and Purchasing to deliver reliable, compliant solutions.
