In this role, you will join a dedicated surgical team providing safe, high-quality general anesthesia care to pediatric and special needs patients. This full-time position offers a desirable schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays. Practice Info Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in general anesthesia dentistry, oral surgery and comprehensive dental care Located in West Palm Beach, FLResponsibilitiesProvide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment Shift & Schedule Full-Time (3+ days / week) No CallNo Weekends or Holidays
Qualifications:- Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients
- Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure
- Current BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hire
- National Board Certification strongly preferred
- Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and surgical environments
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
