About Family Pillars Homecare:
Family Pillars Homecare is a growing home care agency committed to providing compassionate, reliable care to seniors and adults in need of support. We are expanding across multiple counties and are looking for dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobilityProvide care for a fall-risk patient with close attention to safety
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobilityProvide companionship and emotional support
- Follow the patient’s individualized care plan
- Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times
- Communicate clearly with the care team regarding any changes or concernsHHA/CNA RequirementsHHA Certificate (or Pass the HHA State Exam) or CNA License (required)CPR - BLS Certification (required)
- Physical Health Form within the last 6 months
- Negative TB Skin Test results or TBQ - Quantiferon Gold TB Blood Test resultCEU - HIV/Aids CertificateCEU - Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Certificate
- Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.
- Ability to work independently and professionally
