Strategic Corporate Controller & Finance Leader

Bancroft is seeking a Corporate Controller to join its executive leadership and oversee accounting operations, GAAP compliance, and financial reporting for a major nonprofit. This role drives internal controls, policy development, and the financial reporting package for management and the board. The position reports to the CFO and will lead month-end close, budgeting, audits, cash management, and staff development while ensuring liquidity and regulatory compliance across all entities.
