Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMASCP: Not required, but highly preferred Duties: Tissue processing, embedding, sectioning, staining, and examining slides Prepares specimens from surgical pathology, autopsy, hematology, cytology, and research Enters testing information and reports results to providers Troubleshoots equipment, specimens, results, and workflow Serves as a technical resource and may assist with training students, residents, and new employees
