Key Responsibilities:
Complete rack builds from start to finish, including first articles and fixtures - Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications - Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity and quality - Troubleshoot and adjust machinery or rack-related issues - Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently - Lead by example and mentor junior welders - Support continuous improvement, 6S, and safety initiatives
What We Are Looking For:
Proven welding experience (advanced level): MIG Welding, Carbon Steel - Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills - Experience with prototype or custom builds preferred - Problem-solving mindset and mechanical aptitude - Ability to work independently and lead others - Commitment to safety and quality standards
