Credit Representative I

Job TitlePay rate #####Job Description (highlight details of the tasks the temporary employee will be performing): Responsible for the review and routing of incoming deduction claims. Portfolio of deductions to be maintained at less than #####M on a monthly basis. Will be responsible for making initial contact with internal and external customers to collect data and claim detail for claim review. Ensure appropriate approvals and documentation are received in order to resolve outstanding deductions. Approvals will need to fall within an established limit of authority matrix. Will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Deduction Analyst and peers. Will be responsible for communicating CCFS department and Eaton policies regarding selling, pricing, rebates, and returns.
