Senior Accountant, Real Estate Development & Construction

Abacus Group seeks a Senior Accountant, Development for their Manhattan, NY office. You will analyze GL and financial statements, prepare accruals, and coordinate construction loan requisitions, while ensuring timely funding and accurate job cost reporting. The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or property accounting, with CPA preferred and knowledge of JD Edwards/Textura/Hubble. Public or private experience is acceptable.
