Deputy Attorney General, Family & Child Protection

Delaware Department of Justice seeks a Deputy Attorney General for the Family Division, Child Protection Unit, to support DFS in complex hearings. Based in New Castle, Kent, or Sussex County, you will handle hearings and appellate work, coordinate with DFS, and contribute to protecting Delaware's children. The role is a Casual/Seasonal position, up to 37.5 hours weekly, with no pension or healthcare benefits. Delaware Bar membership is not required, but limited admission eligibility is necessary.
