Remote Inpatient Coding Quality Auditor

BJC HealthCare is hiring for a Coding Quality Audit Inpatient Coordinator. This role performs second-level coding audits in a hospital setting, providing real-time education to the Coding Department to ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines and accurate DRG assignment. You will analyze audit findings, develop educational materials and partner across CDI, Quality, Compliance, Revenue Management and clinical departments to standardize policies and improve coding accuracy.
