Houston Onsite Regulatory Accounting Manager

Talance Group is seeking an experienced Regulatory Accounting Manager for an offshore upstream-focused organization. This onsite Houston role will oversee severance tax, royalty accounting, and escheat compliance, while leading a capable accounting team. The ideal candidate has deep Texas regulatory knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of improving controls and processes. CPA or Master’s is preferred but not required; relocation not indicated.
