Your Specific Responsibilities: Respond to clients as soon as possible Manage multiple clients and work with our marketing team to help provide amazing results. Communicate effectively with Clients via Zoom Coach people to help them become the best versions of themselves. Generate new referrals from clients Understand Marketing Strategies Upsell clients when possible

Requirements: Proven experience of at least 1yrs as CSM in the SMMA space Outgoing personality Excellent Wifi, computer and Camera. Working knowledge of HighLevel CRM, Monday.com, marketing systems and proficient with calendar, excel worksheets a plus Experience in home remodeling, painting business owners or similar is a plus. Full-Time Availability Work time: 10 Am-6 Pm EST
