Construction Observers - Central and Western New York State

Job Description: Job Description We are seeking qualified Construction Observers to observe and verify the construction phase of various infrastructure projects. This role will be responsible for monitoring, communicating, and documenting the work activities that are observed. Projects may include: water distribution systems, sewer collections systems, water/wastewater facilities and pump stations, road and drainage improvements and new/existing building facilities.
