Floor Tech Job Details:

Then we want to talk to you. We're looking for a Floor Technician with attention to detail who likes taking a project from unfinished to spotless. We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and caring experienced Floor Technicians to provide Floor Care and Project services for our clients in the Richmond area.
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay: $18 – $22/hr, scaled based on experience
Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM, with overtime available and some weekend work
Responsibilities:
Strip, refinish, buff and burnish hard surface floors.
Machine scrub tile and grout floors.
Clean carpets using extraction, low moisture encapsulation and roto/bonnet techniques.
Treat and restore various types of stone floors.
Clean upholstered furniture and cubicle panels.
Other specialty cleaning projects.
When necessary, perform cleaning tasks which can include trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and restroom cleaning.
Follow all company and client rules, policies and regulations.
Job Qualifications:
2+ years of professional floor care experience.
Experience will be verified during the interview. If we can't verbally confirm your experience, you'll be asked to complete an equipment and process competency test.
Be authorized to work in the United States.
Minimum Age: 18+ years old
Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility. Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants, and co-workers. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a contributing member of a team. Strong work ethic and do whatever is necessary to get the job done. Physically able to be on your feet the entire shift and perform all tasks which include walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching and lifting.
