Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Owner based in Lincoln, NE. The Franchise Owner will manage and grow a Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions™ franchise. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing service operations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing a team, delivering excellent kitchen maintenance services, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Collaboration with the Filta network and leveraging provided training and support will also be key aspects of the role.
