RN - House Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts. Oversee patient flow and bed management to optimize care delivery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient care needs and operational issues. Ensure adherence to protocols and standards of care. Assist with staff scheduling and resource allocation during shifts. Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate actions.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of RN experience required. Previous experience with Cerner and as a Charge Nurse strongly preferred. Completion of at least one travel assignment is required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing is mandatory.

Certifications required: ACLS, BLS.NIHSS certification is preferred. Pending licenses will be accepted.

Additional Information: Full-time position with guaranteed hours of 36 hours per week. Shifts consist of a combination of 12- or 10-hour evening and night shifts to fulfill weekly hours. Holiday and weekend rotation as needed. Scrub color: Ceil Blue.
