Heavy Equipment Operator - Per Diem Offered Casper, Wyoming - Posted on September 30, 2026 Trillium Construction is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator near Casper, WY to support concrete crews on a heavy industrial project.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely operate heavy equipment such as Traco Excavator (Link Belt), Loader (Hitachi), Skid Steer (New Holland)
- Conduct daily equipment inspections (pre-and post-use) to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Assist with general site preparation, cleanup, and other duties as needed to support project operations.
Pay: Up to $45 Per Diem: $250 / day for all 7 days Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week
Qualifications:
8+ years' experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
Must be proficient working alongside form and concrete crews on active industrial jobsites.
Proven experience operating heavy equipment in an industrial environment.
Strong understanding of equipment safety practices and job site hazards.
Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
