What You'll Do:
Account Servicing: Help support account servicing tasks throughout the policy year, including processing endorsements, providing certificates, and invoicing. Policy Checks: Assist in reviewing new and renewal policies for accuracy, helping identify any discrepancies in coverage and policy details. Pre-Renewal Preparation: Support the team by gathering and organizing documents for the pre-renewal process, such as ordering loss runs and preparing workbooks or certificate lists. Data Accuracy: Help maintain accurate policy data in the Agency Management System by processing requests and ensuring data is correctly entered. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests in a timely manner and supporting team collaboration to improve service processes. What You Bring
Education and Work Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six to 12 months work experience with a focus on office administration or customer service. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current or obtain Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License within 2 months of hire date. Actively pursue industry designations, such as CISR or equivalent. Requires a valid Colorado driver's license and an acceptable MVR. Attention to detail: Ability to manage tasks accurately, ensuring all policy documents and data are correct and compliant. Customer service skills: Experience in building strong client relationships, handling requests, and resolving issues promptly. Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
Starting pay for this nonexempt position is $22.00-24.00/hourly. Pay may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates, commensurate with experience. In addition to regular pay, this position is eligible to participate in our annual performance incentive program.
