Telephony & Deliverability Lead for AI Finance

Salient is hiring a Telephony Specialist in San Francisco to own whether our calls reach borrowers. You’ll manage number reputation, connect-rate optimization, spam labeling, and call filtering, collaborating with Telnyx, Twilio, and our engineering teams. You will define metrics for connect rate, detect issues before customers do, and drive fixes with carriers and analytics partners. This is an ownership role in a fast-paced AI fintech environment.
